Pieter-Dirk and Sarah tied the knot at Heaven’s View, nestled in the magnificent mountains outside McGregor. The venue’s name truly lives up to its promise, offering 360-degree breathtaking views! With plenty of accommodation available, the couple embraced the opportunity to host a fun-filled weekend wedding.
I had an amazing time working at the wedding and was also fortunate to enjoy it as a guest. Close friends and family contributed their talents to create stunning flowers and décor. The colour scheme of greens and white was so elegant—it truly stood out! Sarah’s dress and bouquet were absolute show-stoppers, and she looked incredible.
The bridesmaids had a blast popping champagne in the field and rocking funky sunglasses. A particularly fun moment I remember was later in the evening, when the dancing was in full swing, and all the bridesmaids synchronously put on their sunglasses for a song or two—it was such a vibe!
Speaking of dancing, what a party it was! The music was fantastic, and DJ Kat, along with the guests, made sure the dancefloor stayed alive and rocking all night. It was one of those weddings where the energy, music, and company perfectly came together to create something unforgettable.
